In the heart of the South-West, between Bordeaux and Toulouse, and at the gateway to the Landes, come and recharge your batteries in this old farmhouse that has been completely restored. The Terrasses des Mimosas stretch out in a landscape of crops, on the first south terrace of the Garonne. Very close to the Voie Verte of the Garonne canal, Marmande and its famous Garorock music festival.
The Hortensias gîte offers you on the ground floor, a 24 m2 living room with a dining area with an open kitchen, a sitting area with a 2-seater sofa bed and a TV and a shower room with an Italian shower and hanging WC.
Upstairs, two attic bedrooms: one with a double bed 140 X 190 and another with 2 beds 90 X 190.
Private covered terrace with garden furniture. Garden of the property at your disposal with heated swimming pool open from June to October according to the weather (10mx5m - with alarm).
