LES ESSAR[T]S ESPACE ARTS ET CULTURES

Description

In the heart of Essars Municipal Park, the Arts and Culture Centre has been set up in a large 18th-century mansion: the Maison des Essars offers spacious rooms and plenty of natural light to showcase the works of art.
Throughout the year, temporary exhibitions showcase contemporary artists working in photography, painting, sculpture, engraving, video and digital arts. For school classes and groups, tours and various educational activities can be organised, as well as workshops for budding artists.
There is also a relaxation area where you can enjoy a drink and read a magazine: the K[fé] is open during exhibition hours and has more than 200 books and magazines on art and culture.

Open on Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., and from Thursday to Sunday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
